A/Prof Magnusson has been a fully qualified Specialist Plastic Surgeon in Toowoomba since 2000 and has been on the Gold Coast since 2016. He is recognised in Australia and internationally for his contributions to plastic surgery education and research. He is a past president of the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and has a practice specialising in surgery of the breast and body.
