Dr Swift has been practicing obstetrics and gynaecology as well as reproductive medicine and surgery since 1993, qualifying as a specialist in 1999.
His key areas of expertise and particular interest are:
- Infertility / In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) and all facets of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
- Laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, ovarian and other disorders, and
Dr Swift has actively stayed at the forefront of developments, techniques and technology relating to his specialty. He has completed highly specialised training in advanced gynaecological endoscopic surgery at the Mercy Hospital for Women in Melbourne, under the tutelage of the pioneers in the field.
Dr Swift is affiliated with Bond University, lecturing and supervising the Women’s health Curriculum, and is a visiting specialist in gynaecological endoscopic surgery at Gold Coast and Robina Hospitals.
His main private practice is based at Pindara Place on the Pindara Private Hospital site, adjacent to the Queensland Fertility Group office and above the Pindara Day Procedure Centre.
