RASPBERRY COCONUT
Smoothie Bowls by Fern Green (Hachette)
150g frozen raspberries
150g frozen mango chunks
250ml unsweetened coconut water
1-2 ice cubes
Toppings
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons coconut granola
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon honey
Place all ingredients, except toppings, in a
blender and blend until smooth. Layer the
smoothie in a glass with the granola, pumpkin
seeds and sunflower seeds. Top with honey and
chia seeds.
