As a boat enthusiast, one thing that really impressed me during our Cook’s Tour was that even in the engine room, where a high standard of finish isn’t essential to a wellengineered boat, the standard of finish was o utstanding. No matter where you open a door or poke into hidden corners, this entire boat is beautifully finished. Keith isn’t a hard man to prod into anecdote, and when I commented on the finish, he proudly pointed out that the entire interior is actually hand done. Not surprisingly, his final ‘critical point of difference’ revolved around that.
