With over $300 million spent on its design and development, the resort has gone on to win more than 50 domestic and international awards for excellence in eco-tourism. Since the purchase, Craig and his team have spent the last 12 months and several million dollars ‘polishing the jewel’ and it is now about to be marketed nationally and internationally. Rebranded as Ramanda Couran Cove Island Resort and with the refurbishment and upgrades that have been undertaken we will fi nally see Couran Cove realise its full potential, according to Craig. “The resort is the best-kept secret in Queensland, but true to form the area’s boaties have been right onto it for some time,” he said.
