Pindara Private Hospital opened the first private Emergency Centre in Australia, December, 1987.

Pindara Emergency Centre has treated in excess of 400,000 patients over 21 years with an average now of over 22,000 emergencies per annum. 

Patients are cared for by a team of specialist doctors and nurses who are available 24 hours a day and are experienced in providing immediate and follow-up care.  The Centre is backed by 24 hour radiology and ancillary services.
