Pindara Private Hospital recognises the value of education as an integral component in the promotion of teamwork, workplace satisfaction, and individual self esteem.  To this end, Pindara Private Hospital fosters a culture of lifelong learning for all members of staff and offers a range of formal and informal learning opportunities as well as monetary support for staff members who wish to enrol in external self education programs. Staff development at Pindara Private Hospital is supported by an Education department which consists of clinical educators in each of the following areas:
